Mahindra Two Wheelers extend helping hand to flood affected customers in Chennai

Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited has showed its thoughtful side by initiating service camps for its customers in flood affected Chennai. Service camps have been organized for Mahindra’s customers who own either motorcycles or scooters that have been affected by the flood.

The week long camps have been organized across 19 different service stations across Chennai and the surrounding districts offering free service of any Mahindra two wheeler vehicles affected by the consequent floods. In addition, there are two mobile service vans deployed as mini service stations to provide services in remote locations that are difficult to access.

Dharmendra Mishra, Vice President - Sales and Customer Care at Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited said, "Customers are always our most important priority and we constantly strive to provide quality service to them. It is very unfortunate that the people of Chennai are suffering due to torrential rains. Our intent is to help our Chennai customers recover from this calamity and get back to normalcy as quickly as possible. We are doing our bit to make this happen as soon as possible."

MTWL has also deployed seven Service on Two Wheels vehicles that provide door to door service (on request) to those customers who are unable to bring their vehicles to the service stations. MTWL has reached out to over 6000 customers via SMS informing them about these free service camps. There is also a special discount for customers who require oil change or replace of parts that are damaged with no extra labour costs.
