SUZUKI Two-Wheelers Sells 33,287 Units In May 2015

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. has registered a 3.64% increase in their May 2015 sales figures as compared to May 2014. Suzuki Motorcycle sold 33,287 units in May 2015 as opposed to 32,117 units in May 2014, recording a growth in its overall sales volume. 


Suzuki had launched the  GSX-S1000 and GSX-S1000F in India last month end and will have to see how well it does in the Indian market. Both the models are available in two colors and priced at Rs.12.25 lac and Rs.12,70 lac (Ex-showroom, New Delhi) respectively.

Commenting on the sales growth, Mr. Atul Gupta, Executive Vice President, SMIPL, said “Suzuki continues to experience positive growth in sales, even as the Indian economy struggles onto a recovery path. We have witnessed an upward growth trajectory since the launch of the Suzuki Gixxer and are confident that Suzuki will continue to experience this growth in the months to come.”
