Good News For Schumi Fans: Racing God Showing Signs Of Improvement

Former Formula One world champion Michael Schumacher is showing improvement signs of waking from an artificial coma. Millions of Michael Schumachers Fans having been praying for his well being since his accident last December. The 45-year-old former world champion had slammed his head on a rock while skiing in the French Alps resort. He has been in a critical condition since then in the hospital.

Doctors began lowering Schumacher's sedation at the end of January to wake him from his coma. His manager, Sabine Kehm, said in a statement that his hospital team remains confident during his long and difficult fight. Schumacher holds seven F1 titles including 5 years in a row and has many F1 records to his name.

I was very lucky to meet him at the Indian F1 circuit a couple of years back. Wishing him a speedy recovery.

Hamilton On A Roll-Wins The Bahrain Grand Prix

         





Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes won the Bahrain Grand Prix on Sunday followed by team mate Nico Rosberg of Germany. This seemed to be a epic race as Hamilton finished with 1.085 sec ahead of his team mate. Mercedes seems to have worked really hard on the cars as they have won all three races this season. Sergio Perez of Force India came third. What better way for Force India to notch a podium finish in its 3rd race. Red Bulls promising driver Daniel Ricciardo who had qualified 13th came 4th followed by Nico Hulkenburg from Force India.Sebastian Vettel who is yet to claim a podium finish came 6th in the race.

Nico Rosberg has 61 points to its credit followed by Hamilton with 50 and Hulkenburg with 28 points. Hamilton who had snatched the lead from his team mate in the 1st lap itself said "Thanks to Everyone this weekend, we didn't quite have the pace though so lets work on that" .


In the Constructors point table Mercedes is sitting comfortably with 111 points followed by Force India (44) and McLaren (43)
